Cancelling
Membership cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Any order placed while Plus was active keeps Plus benefits (such as the extended return window) even if it is delivered after cancellation, as long as the order was placed during the active membership period.
Does Plus change the return window on an order I already placed?
No — it keeps it. The window is fixed by whether the membership was active when the order was placed, not by when it was delivered or when the membership ended. An order placed during an active membership keeps 45 days.
