Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery, or 45 days for Cedarline Plus members.
Damaged or wrong item?
Those do not use the standard return window. Report within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage showing the item and its packaging, and you choose between a replacement and a full refund including the original shipping cost.
Before you send it back
- Items must be returned in resalable condition, with original packaging where possible
- Opened bedding and rugs carry a 15% restocking fee
- Custom or made-to-order furniture, Final Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned
