What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, delivery address, phone number
• Order and payment records, minus the full card number, which our payment processor holds rather than us
• Support conversations across chat, email and phone
• Basic usage data from the website and app

Why we hold it

To take and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, answer support requests, and — where you have agreed — send marketing email.

Who sees it

Our support team, our carriers for the delivery address, and our payment processor. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by writing to support@cedarline.com. Marketing email can be turned off from your account or from the link at the foot of any marketing message.

We use cookies to keep a basket between visits, to keep you signed in, and to count visits in aggregate.
