Before the clock starts
Refunds are issued after the returned item passes warehouse inspection, typically within 5–7 business days of receipt.
A refund always goes back the way it was paid. There is no route to a different card or a different account.
Damaged items
A refund for a damaged or incorrect item includes the original shipping cost, and no restocking fee is deducted — see damaged, defective or wrong item.
