How long do I have to return something?
21 days from the delivery date. Cedarline Plus members have 45 days from the delivery date.
How much do I need to spend for free shipping?
Over $75 in the United States, or over $120 in Canada. Cedarline Plus members get free standard shipping on every order regardless of size.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 5–8 business days, express is 2–3, and White-Glove is 7–14.
My order arrived damaged. What are my options?
Report it within 7 days of delivery with a photo showing the item and its packaging. You then choose: a replacement of the same item, or a full refund including the original shipping cost.
Can I still cancel my order?
While it is Placed, yes, from your account. While it is Processing, support can do it for you. Once it is packed or shipped, no — refuse the delivery or return it after it arrives.
When do I get a tracking number?
When the order moves to Shipped, typically within 24 hours of processing.
Is there a restocking fee?
Only on bedding and rugs that have been opened or unpacked: 15%, deducted from the refund, for members and non-members alike.
How long does a refund take?
After the item passes warehouse inspection: 5–7 business days back to a card, 3–5 to PayPal, instant to store credit.
What cannot be returned?
Custom or made-to-order furniture, items marked Final Sale, and gift cards.
Does Cedarline have stores I can visit?
No. Cedarline sells online only, through the website and the iOS and Android app.
Can I use more than one discount code?
One percentage-based promo code per order. Loyalty points can be used alongside it, because points apply as a flat credit rather than a percentage.
What happens to my return window if I cancel Plus?
Any order placed while Plus was active keeps the 45-day window, even if it arrives after the membership ends.
